Winery Review: Macabeo/Chardonnay. Pale straw colour. Clean fresh nose. Abundant fruit, crisp dry finish.
My Review: I thought that this wine had a very full nose, with notes of honey and lemons. The wine was very smooth, with a light taste. Some of the tastes evident in the wine included honey, apple, and pear. Overall, a very refreshing wine.
I tasted this on its own with no food.
